Greetings! Enrollment for the next online Eat for Life classes is now open for the Winter Session.

Eat for Life is a 10-week mindfulness-based intuitive eating program designed to help you develop a loving and kind relationship with your food and your body. Research on the program has demonstrated its success at helping people increase intuitive eating (eating based on hunger cues instead of emotional and environmental cues), increase mindfulness, decrease binge eating, and increase appreciation for their bodies.

But this class is not just about eating. It uses the skill of mindfulness to affect your entire life. Are you ready to enjoy the food you eat, the body you inhabit, and the life you live? Sign up now and reserve your space.

This class is for anyone seeking a greater understanding of mindful eating and for professionals interested in how to teach it through engaging with their own experience. We all struggle with the conditioning of the diet culture that says we need to be something different than we are. Using a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, Eat for Life helps you break through the trance of this conditioning and into a life with food and your body that you can enjoy without guilt, judgment, or shame.

Using mindfulness as the basis for the class, you will learn to understand how to be with your emotions without needing to reach for food, let go of your negative thoughts, understand hunger and satiety cues, enjoy the food that you really want, respond to your bodies’ needs for movement and rest, bring self-compassion to the difficulties in your life, and so much more. Taught in a loving group environment over zoom, you will meet people from around the world that are working on the same issues as you are. Let the healing begin!

Eat for Life Course Dates and Fees:

Option 1:

Evening time: Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Central Time

Orientation: January 25 / Classes: February 8 – April 12

Option 2:

Day time: Thursdays, 12 – 2:00 p.m. Central Time

Orientation: January 27 / February 10 – April 14
